Mugabi Byenkya is from Kampala, Uganda. Paul Bourgeois is from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. They are friends first, who became collaborators, trading Mugabi’s words for Paul’s illustrations. They have been published in Carte Blanche, Not Your Monolith (NYM), The Ake Review, Tower Magazine and An Epiphany At Midnight.
